Late-night messages after seeing an ad
People decide between 9 p.m. and 1 a.m., exactly when the clinic is closed. Reply the next morning and the answer is: already booked somewhere else.
In this field you compete on response speed more than on price. One person sees an ad late at night and messages three or four clinics in the same feed. Whoever answers first gets the conversation. Everyone else becomes the late option.
How much is a thread lift? Does it hurt a lot?
Our fishbone thread lift starts at 12,900 THB, and this month it's 9,900 THB. We numb the area first, so it feels more like dull pressure than pain.
Any slots this Saturday?
Our Thonglor branch still has afternoon slots. Could I take your name and phone number? Our admin will confirm with you first thing in the morning.
We load complete answers to this set on setup day, because these are the questions that eat the most admin time and get answered wrong most often.
The three gaps we see most often in aesthetic & dermatology clinics. The problem isn't that nobody messages — it's the stretch between someone asking and an actual booking.

Last month's promo price is still in the admin's head and in the old scripts. Patients get a number that doesn't match what the page just posted.
The price goes out, but nobody asks which day or which branch suits them. You end up with people who asked a price, not bookings.
The baseline healthcare guardrails apply to every specialty. These four are specific to this one — our team sets them up, and your doctors can add more at any time.
Prices, doctor schedules and conditions change often in this specialty. Type the change in plain language, the system shows you a summary, and once you confirm it answers the new way right away.
Same price for every specialty: from 8,900 THB/month, no setup fee. Pricing depends on the number of channels you turn on, not on the type of provider — see all plans · every channel lands in one unified inbox
Yes. Treatment prices, course conditions and active promos are your clinic's own data, which our team loads into the system on setup day. The AI doesn't make them up. When the promo changes next month, just tell it in chat what changed. The system shows you a summary of the edit first, and only uses it with patients after you confirm.
You choose. By default it doesn't assess photos: it says plainly that a doctor needs to see them, then collects name, phone number and a convenient time for your team to book. If your clinic wants photos as a conversation starter, turn on "photo pre-assessment". The system asks for consent before viewing the photo and suggests no more than two options based on criteria your doctors have written. It never gives a definitive answer, never promises results, and always ends by inviting them in for an examination. Where your doctors haven't set criteria, it doesn't assess.
It answers every conversation at the same time, with no queue waiting for a free admin. This matters more in aesthetics than anywhere else, because one person often messages three or four clinics from the same feed after seeing an ad. Whoever answers first gets the conversation.
The system never lowers prices or adds free sessions. It quotes the prices your clinic set, then hands the negotiation off to your team with a notification. Giving a discount is a business decision, not something to answer automatically.
Braces prices, implant prices, Social Security dental benefits and specialist schedules — the same questions every day.
