Pricing doesn't depend on the type of provider — dental clinics, physiotherapy clinics and health check-up centers pay the same as aesthetic clinics (see the clinic types we serve). No plan has a setup fee.

Our team connects Facebook and Instagram during setup, using your clinic's own Meta Business account. You just grant us admin access to the page and we handle the rest. (Instagram must be a professional account already linked to your Facebook page.)

No. None of the plans has a setup fee — you only pay the monthly fee for the plan you choose. All setup work is included in that fee: collecting information from your website and documents, tuning the answers, setting the guardrails for your specialty, installing the chat on your website, and connecting LINE and your Facebook page.
The 8,900 and 11,900 THB plans are month to month, with no annual contract. If you want to stop, just tell our team before your next billing cycle. The 16,900 THB plan, which includes a new website, has a 12-month minimum, because the cost of building the website is spread across the monthly fee instead of being charged up front.
One person messaging you within a 24-hour window counts as one conversation, no matter how many messages go back and forth. We don't charge per message.

Home, services, promotions, reviews and contact pages, plus ongoing care for as long as you use the service: hosting, domain renewal and content updates. Anything beyond that — an online booking system, a membership system or a bilingual website, for example — our team will quote separately.
