About us

Who AIB Clinic is, and the rules we write by

AIB Clinic is a service of Elegant Digital Co., Ltd.. We build an AI Bot that answers patient chats for clinics and healthcare providers of every specialty. We are not a healthcare provider, we don't provide medical services, and we are not legal advisers. This page tells readers whose work they are reading.

What we do, and what we don't

Our work is setting up chat systems for healthcare providers. We load your prices, conditions and the questions patients keep asking into the system, set the guardrails the bot never crosses from day one, and connect your clinic's LINE OA, Facebook page, Instagram and website chat into one unified inbox. See the full service details on our pricing page.

  • We don't diagnose, don't make calls that belong to a doctor, and don't recommend medication — not in the systems we set up, and not in any article. Preliminary assessment from photos is only available to clinics that choose to enable it, follows criteria set by the clinic's own doctors, and always requires the patient's consent first.
  • We don't promise treatment results on behalf of any provider, and we never use real patient cases as examples. Every conversation shown on this website is written for illustration.
  • We don't give legal advice — on PDPA (Thailand's personal data protection law) and healthcare advertising rules, we only share what we've seen in setup work and point you to the regulator responsible.

Who writes our articles

Every article on this site shows its author, publication date and last review date under the headline. Our authors are the people who do the setup work, not a content team writing from research alone.

Mate Tosapon

Team Lead, AIB Clinic · Elegant Digital Co., Ltd.

Leads AIB Clinic from scoping each project and building the answer sets and guardrails for each specialty, through to connecting a clinic's LINE OA, Facebook page and Instagram to the unified inbox. The articles on this site are written from real setup and testing work, not theory, and they are not medical or legal advice.

Rules for every article

  1. Written from real work — topics come from questions clinic owners ask when choosing a system, or problems we run into during setup. We don't write articles just to target keywords.
  2. No numbers without a source — figures used to illustrate a way of thinking are clearly labelled as examples, not industry benchmarks.
  3. Law and regulation — these articles cite the responsible regulator at the end and include a line making clear they are not legal advice. If no lawyer has reviewed an article yet, we say so plainly.
  4. No discussion of procedures, medication or patient outcomes — we sell a chat system, not treatment.
  5. Reviewed when the rules or the system change — at least every 6 months, or as soon as LINE or Meta tools or regulator guidance change. The last review date appears on the article and in the sitemap.

If you find something outdated or wrong, let us know at [email protected]. We'll fix it and update the review date on that page.
